‘মন কী বাত’লৈ আপোনালোক সকলোকে বহুত বহুত আদৰণি জনাইছো৷ জুলাই মাহ, অৰ্থাৎ বৰষুণ বতৰ৷ বিগত কিছুদিন ধৰি প্ৰাকৃতিক দুৰ্যোগৰ বাবে, চিন্তা আৰু উদ্বেগপূৰ্ণ হৈ আছে৷ যমুনাসহ কেইবাখনো নদীৰ বানত বহু অঞ্চলৰ লোকসকল যথেষ্ট সমস্যাৰ সন্মুখীন হৈছে৷ পাহাৰীয়া এলেকাত ভূমিস্খলনৰ ঘটনা সংঘটিত হৈছে৷ সেই সময়ছোৱাত দেশৰ পশ্চিমাঞ্চলত, কিছু দিন পূৰ্বে গুজৰাটত বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলত বিপৰ্যয় ঘূৰ্ণীবতাহ আহিছিল৷ কিন্তু বন্ধুসকল, এই দুৰ্যোগৰ মাজতো আমি সকলো দেশবাসী পুনৰ দেখুৱাই দিলো যে সামূহিক প্ৰচেষ্টাৰ শক্তি কিমান৷ স্থানীয় লোকসকলে, আমাৰ এনডিআৰএফ জোৱানসকলে, স্থানীয় প্ৰশাসনৰ লোকসকলে দিনে-ৰাতিয়ে লাগি এই দুৰ্যোগৰ মোকাবিলা কৰিলে৷ যিকোনো ধৰণৰ দুৰ্যোগ প্ৰশমনত আমাৰ সামৰ্থ্য আৰু সম্পদৰ ভূমিকা অধিক-কিন্তু ইয়াৰ সমান্তৰালভাৱে আমাৰ সংবেদনশীলতা আৰু এজনে আনজনক হাতে হাত ধৰাটো সিমানেই গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ৷ সৰ্বজন হিতায়ৰ এই ভাৱনা ভাৰতৰ পৰিচয়ৰ লগতে শক্তিও৷‘গ্ৰীষ্ম প্ৰবাহ’ সম্পৰ্কীয় পৰিস্থিতিৰ প্ৰবন্ধন তথা বাৰিষাৰ প্ৰস্তুতি পৰ্যালোচনা কৰাৰ বাবে এক উচ্চ পৰ্যায়ৰ সভাত অধ্যক্ষতা কৰিলে প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰীয়ে
