PM Modi met the Namibian President Ndaitwah and MoUs were signed between India and Namibia. MoU on setting up of Entrepreneurship Development Center in Namibia, MoU on Cooperation in the field of Health and Medicine were signed. Namibia submitted letters of acceptance for joining CDRI and for joining Global Biofuels Alliance.

PM Modi addressed a session on Environment, COP-30 and Global Health” at the 17th BRICS Summit, which saw participation from Partner countries and invited nations. He noted that for India, climate change is about the balance between life and nature, and underlined climate justice as a moral responsibility. PM Modi also highlighted the One Earth, One Health” mantra and stated that as India takes over the BRICS Chair next year, it will prioritise the Global South with a people-centric and humanity first” approach.
