PM Modi paid an official visit to Kuwait, at the invitation of His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. During his first visit to the country, PM Modi attended the opening ceremony of the 26th Arabian Gulf Cup as the 'Guest of Honour' and held comprehensive talks to deepen bilateral ties.
Prime Minister meets with Crown Prince of Kuwait

PM Modi met with His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait. He conveyed that India attaches utmost importance to its bilateral relations with Kuwait. His Highness the Crown Prince of Kuwait hosted a banquet in honour of PM Modi.
