Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a keynote address at the World Government Summit in Dubai where India is a guest of honour this year. He gave the inaugural address on the theme: ‘Technology for development’. At the event, PM Modi said, “We need to follow the six R s that stand for reduce, reuse, recycle, recover, redesign and re-manufacture, this will lead to rejoice meaning ‘Anand’.”
