PM Modi today campaigned in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. Prime Minister said that seeing enthusiasm of people in Uttar Pradesh, it was clear that the state longed for change. He urged people to vote for a BJP government in the elections. The PM spoke at length about the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana and said that it ensured minimum premium and maximum insurance for the farmers.
