PM Narendra Modi inaugurates SAUNI project in Jamnagar, Gujarat

PM Modi unveiled a plaque to launch the Saurashtra Narmada Irrigation (SAUNI) Project in Gujarat. Addressing a gathering, the PM stated it had always been his firm belief that water was most important for the farmer. The PM emphasized the need for water conservation and spoke about various initiatives taken by the Union Govt for welfare of farmers, such as crop insurance.
