This is the first time a Prime Minister has attended such a programme at the Headquarters of the Catholic Church in India. A Defence Cooperation MoU was signed, a Cultural Exchange Programme (2025-2029) was established and additionally, a Sports Cooperation Programme (2025-2028) was launched. Notably, Kuwait joined the International Solar Alliance, paving the way for collaborative solar energy deployment and low-carbon growth initiatives.
