On 1st December 2023, PM Narendra Modi attended a high-level event on Green Credit during the COP28 Summit in Dubai, UAE. In his address, the PM said, I have always felt that the scope of carbon credit has been very limited, and this philosophy has been influenced in a way by the commercial element.
