Addressing the BRICS nations, PM Modi said that a momentous decision of expanding BRICS by adding more member nations has been taken during the 15th BRICS Summit. He said the expansion gave him immense happiness as the expansion has been in keeping with the principles, standards, criteria and procedures of the BRICS Community as a whole.
